PURPOSE:To obtain simply a filter structure having a three-dimensional shape and to make it possible to freely control the thickness of a membrane filter, by applying a resin or rubber powder to one of female and male molds and pressing the same by the expansion force of an air bag. CONSTITUTION:A resin or rubber power being the stock material to a membrane filter structure is applied to the surface of a male mold 1 having a required objective shape and the coated male mold 1 is inserted in a female mold 3. An air bag 4 is adhered to the inner surface of the female mold 3 and communicated with a pressure source or vacuum source by piping 6 having a valve 5. The air bag 4 can be expanded and contracted by opening and closing the valve 5. After both molds are matched, the air bag 4 is expanded to press the powder 1 under heating. |
