PURPOSE:To prevent a localized overheat from taking place in a tank by making magnetic shielding plates curve nearly along circumferences of through holes without parting such plates into above and below portions and also causing such curved portions to face each other at a tank part which is placed between the through holes. CONSTITUTION:Laminated directions of silicon steel plates are arranged vertically on surfaces of a tank so that each block of magnetic shielding plates to be mounted at wall sides of the tank can be easily bent in the cross direction. And in the vicinity of through holes 7 mounted in the middle portion of a tank's wall, the magnetic shielding plates 8a and 8b are placed in order from upper end to lower end at the through holes 7 as curving uninterruptedly nearly along circumferences of the through holes 7 and the magnetic shielding plates 8b face each other at the wall sides of the tank which is placed between the through holes 7. At openings at upper and lower portions of the through holes prepared by such shielding plates bent in the above manner, the magnetic shielding plates 9a and 9b which are bent circularly are arranged independently so as to fill up the above openings. Thus, some of the causes for malfunction such as a localized overheat due to a movement of magnetic flux to the tank can be nipped in the bud.
