PURPOSE:To remarkably reduce the required area as the entire driver by giving a forward potential with respect to a source to a base terminal of each transistor(TR) being a path of a load current in a range smaller than the PN junction potential at driving so as to increase the drive capability of each TR. CONSTITUTION:When a high potential is inputted to an input terminal I1, a forward potential is given to a base terminal BN1 of a TR 1 through a voltage dividing means 5 to give an output potential of an inverter IV3 being the inversion of the TR 1 or the inverter IV1 to the base terminal BP4 of a TR 4 through a voltage division means 6 in the forward potential thereby increasing the drive capability of the TR 4 by several tens of %. When the input terminal I1 restores to a low potential, the potential of the base terminal BN1 of the TR 1 is made equal to the potential of the source terminal through the voltage division means 5 and the potential of the base terminal BP4 is made equal to the potential at the source terminal through the voltage division means 6.
