PURPOSE:To form a spiral pattern in a segment shape in a plane, and to reduce its occupying area in a plane extremely by forming the spiral pattern as an inductor component in the thickness direction of a substrate. CONSTITUTION:Respective point section a1-a17, a20, a22, a25 and each straight line section b1-b6 at a time when a rectangular spiral pattern is parted by lines l1-l6 are shaped respectively as through-holes and straight conductor patterns on a plurality of insulating ceramic sheets. Accordingly, the through- holes a1'-a25' and the stright conductor patterns b1'-b5' are formed onto seven ceramic sheets(green sheets) in total before sintering, and each green sheet is laminated and sintered and unified.
