PURPOSE:To plot a picture on or designate a position to a video having no picture quality deterioration without interrupting, etc., a conference even when a low-cost and low-rate communication channel is used. CONSTITUTION:Video signals supplied from a video source 12A are sent to an overwrite pointing unit 14A by controlling the switching of the signals by means of a control signal supplied through a controller 10a and the unit 14A displays the videos on monitor 16A after plotting pictures on or designating positions to the videos. In addition, the videos are displayed on another monitor 16B by simultaneously controlling the switching of a video conference controller 15B which is the controller of terminal equipment A and an overwrite pointing unit 14B with control signals supplied to another terminal equipment B through the controller 10A. |
