Known servicing platforms of such a type are either not sufficiently flexible and/or require a high structural cost and require that the aircraft be docked backwards, in an undesirable manner. In order to overcome these defects, the invention provides a servicing platform which consists of two mobile framework structures (10, 11) in the form of gantries which can be fitted along the sides of both sides of an aircraft tail region. At least two working platforms (17, 18) are arranged at an adjustable height on the gantry supports (14) of each framework structure (10, 11), and each working platform (17, 18) has a dedicated drive device for individual height adjustment. A staircase structure (21) is provided on at least one gantry support (14) of each framework structure (10, 11), in order to ensure access to the working platforms (17, 18). <IMAGE> |
