<p>PURPOSE:To improve the countermeasure coping with a design change and to enhance the efficiency and accuracy by providing such an arrangement that a window frame mold part of the body of an inspection tool is subjected to an NC process, leaving an excessive thickness, a material is built up, and after an NC process a first inspection tool is parted, and further, a window frame mold is subjected to an NC process so as to similarly produce a second inspection tool. CONSTITUTION:The contour shape of a tool body 3 is outputted in accordance with shape date of an automobile so as to determine the positions of frameworks, and then the crosssec tional shape of the tool body is outputted to obtain the height of the framework 3c and the material dimensions of a mold frame 3a so as to form the framework. The mold frame 3a of the inspection tool 3 is subjected to an NC process by a tool 4 so as to have such a surface shape that an excessive thickness corresponding to a clearance is left in the outer surface shape of an window frame, and then resin or the like is built up. Further, a frame work 1b is attached. After hardening, the parting surface of a mold frame 1a is subjected to an NC process for parting, thereby a first inspection tool is produced. Then the mold frame 3a is subjected to an NC process so as to have a window frame model surface, and resin or the like is build up while a framework 2b is attached. After hardening, an NC process is made in such a way that the shape of the mold frame coincides with that of a window glass pane while the thickness thereof is equal to the sum of the thickness of the window glass pane and the thickness of a rubber, and then parting is carried out so as to obtain a second inspection tool 2 frame 2a.</p> |
