<p>PURPOSE:To enable communication to be performed even with worse communication quality, by deciding allowable worst communication quality at a node on a communication route when a terminal which performs communication successively and with the strong tendency of real time outputs a communication request, and securing the communication route corresponding to the communication quality. CONSTITUTION:When the terminal 31 which performs the communication successively and with the strong tendency of real time intends to communicate with the terminal 32, the node 11 checks a traffic state by the communication request from the terminal 31, and reserves the communication route, and also, decides allowable communication quality, and attaches the communication quality on a request side control packet 40, then sends it to the node 12. The node 12 processes it similarly, and attaches the communication quality on an informing side control packet 41, then, sends it to the node 11. The node 11 compares sent allowable communication quality with the traffic state stored previously, and when the communication quality is estimated to become worse, it is corrected to the quality equivalent to sent allowable communication quality. The terminal 31 performs the communication by selecting a codec suitable for the allowable communication quality. By constituting a system in such way, it is possible to perform the communication even in the communication with worse communication quality.</p> |
