The present invention relates to a vision-impairing material for use in what is known as blinding ammunition when attacking armour. The vision-impairing material consists of a mixture of silicone oil, a vision-impairing filler and a surface-active agent. The vision-impairing material spreads over the surface fired on and reduces vision through the glass surfaces of the armoured vehicle by being well-covering or image-distorting. The surface- active agent improves wetting of the surface and renders cleaning thereof more difficult. |
