A polyamide resin composition, useful for shielding electric wire coated with primary shielding material such as polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride, is prepd. by mixing low melting point polyamide resin NH(CH2)5.CONH(CH2)11.CONH(CH2)6.NHCO(CH2)4.CONH 0.3-10 wt.% with heat-resistance 0.1-3 wt.% on the basis of polyamide 6 100 wt.%. The relative viscosity of polyamide 6 is 2.0-3.5, the relative viscosity of the low melting point polyamide resin is 1.8-2.5, and the melting point is 100-150 C.
