<p>PURPOSE:To execute abnormality cause separation in a short time without fail by inserting an input/output buffer circuit to transmitting and receiving signals between devices and an abnormality cause separating device, which is equipped with a monitor to be arranged in the input/output edge of this input/output buffer circuit, between the devices to generate abnormality in signal transmission with being replaced to an inter-device connection cable. CONSTITUTION:When the abnormality is generated in the signal transmission between devices A1 and B2 during operation, the connection cable is detached and an abnormality cause separating device 3 is connected between the both devices. When the abnormality is reproduced, an output signal from an output circuit 11 of the device A1 is checked by a monitor terminal 33-1. The output signal from the device A1 can be checked in a condition that there is no influence of an input circuit 21 of the device B2 by the existence of an input buffer 31 and this check can be executed by the same operational condition as the time of the abnormality generation. When the output signal of the device A1 is normal, the presence and absence of the abnormality in the input circuit 21 of the device B2 can be checked by next investigating the output signal of the input buffer by a monitor terminal 33-2. Thus, the abnormality cause separation can be speedily executed without fail.</p> |
