PURPOSE: To prevent the flow of a plastic material by providing a plurality of arms, extending into a slot between commutator segments at the end of a commutator in the vicinity of a winding. CONSTITUTION: A winding 28 of an armature is encapsulated in a plastic material body 30, and the outer surface of the plastic material body 30 has the shape of a molding body. A ring 31, composed of a plastic material, is fitted on an armature 24 as a fastening panel and has a leg-like part 32, extending in the axial direction at the intervals of a plurality of equal angles which are equal to the number of the commutator segments and also an arm 33 projecting inside in the axial direction on each leg-like part 32. The ring 31 is fitted into the commutator by being slid thereinto, along the armature from the free end of the commutator 24, and the arm 33 is disposed in each slot between the armature segments. |
