PURPOSE:To improve the safety of human body and environment, heat resistance, cold resistance, and storage stability by dispersing a powdered addition polymer of (meth)acrylic acid or its deriv. surface-treated with a dispersant into a specific fluorosilicone fluid. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. powered addition polymer of (meth)acrylic acid or its deriv. selected from the group consisting of (meth)acrylic acid, its esters, and its metal salts is surface-treated with 0.1-100 pts.wt. dispersant insol. in a fluorosilicone fluid and having a density lower than that of said fluorosilicone fluid to give a surface-treated powdered polymer having a mean particle diameter of 1-50mum. 100 pts.wt. said polymer is dispersed into 100 pts.wt. said fluorosilicone fluid of the formula [R<1> is 3-11C monovalent satd. fluoroalkyl; R<2> is 1-6 (substd.) monovalent hydrocarbon group; and 1.8<a+b<2.3 and 0.1<=a/b<=1]. |
