发明名称 AUTOMATIC RECOVERY OPERATION METHOD FOR POWER SYSTEM FAILURE
摘要 PURPOSE:To recover power by extracting a transmission line which can feed power without causing overload in the counterpart substation, separating the transmission line at its end side and feeding power from the counterpart substation thereby increasing the assist power and separating load in minimum necessary power interruption system. CONSTITUTION:When occurrence of overload is predicted at step ST4, a linkage transmission line, which can be connected with other substation and in which counterpart switch is open whereas its switch is closed, is extracted in ST 10. Thus extracted transmission line is temporarily modified such that the counterpart switch is closed while its switch is open, and then power flow is calculated for a sound system in order to check overload in the sound system. When the sound system is not overloaded, a judgment is made that an linkage transmission line facility exists at ST 11 and the power supply end thereof is switched from its end to counterpart substation at ST 12. Consequently, load of a facility in which assist power supply is limited is distributed.
