<p>PURPOSE:To easily analize the trouble of a sensor when anomaly is detected by installing a memory control means which successively writes in the output of the sensor into a memory and stops the writing into the memory when the anomaly is detected by an anomaly detecting means. CONSTITUTION:When operation starts, the A/D conversion value which is supplied from each sensor and converted to the digital signal by an A/D converter 3 is read. It is checked if an abnormal state is generated or not. If an abnormal state is generated, write-in of the input signal is suspended, and operation is brought into stop, while if anomaly is not generated, the signal which is obtained by compression-processing the A/D conversion value of the A/D converter 3 by a data compression circuit 5 is written into a digital memory 6. Similar processings are repeated until the limit of the capacity of the memory becomes full. When the capacity of the memory does not become full, the data is shifted in succession by the portion of write-in in one time, and the eldest data is deleted. The new data is written into the top address, and the return to the first step is performed. Accordingly, the data is successively shifted, and the data in the newest prescribed time portion is always held in the digital memory 6.</p> |
