PURPOSE:To prepare the title film excellent in surface uniformity, abrasion resistance, and traveling properties by incorporating a specified amt. of flat crosslinked polymer particles having specified properties into the film. CONSTITUTION:0.01-4wt.% flat crosslinked polymer particles (e.g. styrene- ethylene glycol dimethacrylate-divinylbenzene copolymer particles) having an average particle diameter of 0.05-3mum, a ratio of the wt.-average to the number- average particle diameter of 1.3 or lower, and a ratio of the minor diameter to the thickness of 1.5-15 is incorporated into the title film. |
