<p>PURPOSE:To control the difference pressure corresponding to the generation amount of blast furnace gas and the flow rate of injected water in order to always ensure dust collecting effect to the change of the generation amount of the blast furnace gas. CONSTITUTION:In a method for controlling the operation of a blast furnace Venturi scrubber 2 having an injected water flow rate control unit 51 controlling the flow rate of the injected water from a gas washing water jet nozzle 17 and a difference pressure control unit 41 controlling the difference pressure of inlet and outlet sides by a difference pressure control valve, the generation amount of blast furnace gas is operated from the flow rate of air to a blast furnace, an oxygen enriching flow rate and a blast furnace gas component and, on the basis of the operated generation amount of the blast furnace gas, the optimum value of difference pressure and the optimum valve of the flow rate of injected water are calculated to be respectively set to the objective value of the difference pressure control unit 41 and that of the injected water flow rate control unit 51.</p> |
