The box (1) of rectangular type and the bag is formed by a tubular section, sealed at both ends, in a heat sealable material with top partial section in edge region. There are four top cover flaps, three of which are interconnected. The middle flap, set at one side face, is folded into a triangle and bent onto the box top. The inner bag sealed top edge (2a) is brought out partly between the cover flaps and glued. By developing the folded triangle and tearing-off the inner bag edge is formed a pouring spout on opening. ADVANTAGE - Simple design, easy mfr. filling and closing and simple opening by the consumer.
