PURPOSE:To provide a brewing apparatus capable of preventing the intrusion of saprophyte from air and keeping the liquid at the fermentation and ripening temperature, i.e., about 18-26 deg.C to eliminate the miss in the ripening step and enable the preservation of the brewed beer as it is in chilled state and suitable for the brewing of a small amount of beer e.g. in the case of brewing at home. CONSTITUTION:This beer brewing apparatus is composed of a heat-insulation vessel 1 closable with a lid 7 and furnished with a heating and cooling means 2 having an automatic temperature controlling device, a discharging cock 4 and a degassing cock 6. |
