<p>PURPOSE:To enable cost reduction and miniaturization by reducing the use amt. of hollow yarns and enhance steam separation efficiency by increasing the pressure difference of raw material gas by evacuating the outside of hollow yarns. CONSTITUTION:A part of raw material gas 6 of steam permeating through the outside 4 of hollow yarns 2 is supplied to an ejector 13 through a gas flow rate adjusting valve 10 and branch pipes 11, 12 and discharged to the atmosphere by utilizing the vacuum generated in the ejector 13.</p> |
