PURPOSE:To prevent remained water from being generated in a separator tank and a valve by a method wherein when the amount of hot water fed is reached to the desired value, a water closing valve is closed and after a specified time is elapsed, either a three-way valve or a flow path change-over valve is changed over. CONSTITUTION:When an amount of automatic fed hot water is reached to the desired value and this is sensed by the accumulated value of the water amount sensor 5, at first the water closing valve 6 is closed and the combustion at the hot water feeder is terminated and the supplying of hot water to the separation tank 8 is terminated. Then, the hot water subsequent to the tank 8 is supplied to the bath tub 19 by the pump 12. When the water flow switch 15 arranged at the discharging side of the pump 12 is turned off, either the three-way change-over valve 11 or the flow passage change-over valve 41 at its A side is closed and the sides B and C are changed over to each other. Even after the supplying of hot water to the tank 8 is terminated, until the switch 15 at the discharging side of the pump 12 is turned off, the sides A and C are communicated to each other and the pump 12 is continued to operate,so that the hot water subsequent to the tank 8 is supplied to the bath tub 19 and the remained water is not generated. |
