PURPOSE:To perform automatic insertion, to make the occupying area small and to make it possible to perform secure holding with clip tools and the like by constituting a pair of lead parts which are provided in parallel at the lower part of a holding part formed in a rod shape. CONSTITUTION:A checking component 1 is radially taped and supplied into an automatic inserting device. The automatic inserting device inserts lead parts 3 and 3 of the component 1 into intended inserting holes 4a of a substrate 4. The lead parts are inserted until the lower ends of insertion restricting parts 3a come into contact with the upper surface of the substrate 4. Then, the lead parts 3 and 3 extruding from the lower parts of the substrate are clinched. Thereafter, the lead parts undergo solder dipping and are mounted on the substrate 4. A holding part 2 of the component 1 is held with a clipping tool or a probe tool in the integrated adjustment in a manufacturing line and in the inspection and adjustment at the time of service. In this holding state, the rod-shaped part is held. Therefore, the part is hard to be separated. Even if tensil force acts on, the part is not separated. |
