摘要 |
PURPOSE:To obtain an ultrasonic-wave flaw detecting apparatus which can sample the ultrasonic data at the different depths in a body under test by one scanning of the ultrasonic wave for the body under test. CONSTITUTION:A specified number of pulses are outputted from a pulse generator 14 at a specified time interval based on the pulse outputted from a scanner controller 13 at every relative movement of a probe 4. The probe 4 is excited by each pulse. An ultrasonic wave is radiated on a body under test 1. The reflected signal of the ultrasonic wave is received with a receiver 6. Meanwhile, each pulse from the pulse generator 14 is inputted into a delay device 16 and delayed by a specified time. The pulse is inputted into a sample hold circuit 8 and an A/D converter 9. Each gate for the reflected signal is formed with the sample hold circuit. The A/D conversion of the maximum value of the reflected signal within each gate is performed with the A/D converter. |
