A connecting tube(620) is placed on the middle of one side of the outer body case(610) and an operation unit(630) is installed at the inside of the connecting tube and a gap adjuster(640) which adjusts the water level is installed at the upper part of the case. If the adjusting lever(641) is adjusted to the position for the low or middle water level to get the less water than the laundry, the gap adjusting lever(643) goes down. If electric power is supplied and the water is supplied in this status, the water pressure pushes up the pressure inside the connecting tube(700) which is connected to the bath(200). With this pressure, the piston(632) goes up, pushing up the spring(631). At the same time, the action pin(633) goes up to meet the adjusting lever(643).
