The indicator contains two photo field transistor optrons (3,4), a diode, two comparators (16, 17) three CMOS logical elementsAND-NO (20, 21, 26), MOS field transistor switch (27) and lightemitting diode (LED). By the photo field transistor optrons themonitored voltage E1 is fed to the inputs of comparators (16, 17)and the level of the change is converted to logical zeros or ones.The first and the second CMOS logical element AND-NO (20, 21) forma generator of rectangular pulses and by one of the inputs of thesecond and one of the inputs of the third one form a filter of therectangular pulses so that the logical element AND-NO (26) at theoutput of the third CMOS has zero, rectangular pulses and zero insuccession when there is a change of the monitored voltage fromhigh to low magnitude. The LED is lighted, gleams or is off atpreset voltage intervals or when the monitored voltage E1 changesfrom high to low value.(11) 183/!
