<p>The invention relates to new derivatives of 6-[(aminoalkyl)amino]-7H-benzo[e]-perimidin-7-one of general formula (1), wherein R1 stands for hydrogen, methyl, ethyl, hydroxyethyl group, R2 is hydrogen, methyl, ethyl, isopropyl group, and character n stands for 2 or 3. In other aspects, the invention relates to the process for preparation of the compounds, and their use in treatment of tumor diseases.</p> |
