PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of troubles such as an operation defect in a charger caused by easy invasion of liquid into the charger. SOLUTION: A terminal parting mechanism 20 to part a charging terminal 11 from a power supply terminal of a portable telephone is disposed on an outer upper part of an upper case 3, a groove for drain is provided between a cover 32 to cover the terminal parting mechanism 20 and a diagonal side edge part formed on a tip on the cover 32 side of an edge part 3a of the upper case 3, a first liquid sump 15b positioned inside the upper case 3 to enclose a lock claw 15a is provided under the lock claw 15a of the lock mechanism 12 to lock the portable telephone inside a containing space 8 of the upper space 3, and a second liquid sump 9b to receive liquid overflowing from the first liquid sump 15b is provided to be positioned inside the upper case 3 under the first liquid sump 15b. |
