PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize and lighten a second portable terminal by separating a first portable terminal transmitting/receiving data to/from a base station and the second portable terminal which a user operates so as to execute input/output and transmitting/ receiving data with a radio wave within the accessible range between both terminals. SOLUTION: The portable terminal transmitting/receiving data with the base station 34 is set to be the first portable terminal 1 and the portable terminal inputting/ outputting data containing sound by the operation of the user is set to be the second portable terminal 21 so as to separate them. Since the accessible range of the radio wave in transmission/reception between the two portable terminals is small, transmission power can be reduced. The first portable terminal 1 transmits/receives data by the radio wave of a frequency decided by a system with the base station 34 through an antenna 2. Then, cross talk is prevented by changing the frequency bands of the radio wave used for transmission/reception between the base station 34 and the first portable terminal 1 and the radio wave used for transmission/reception between the first and second portable terminals l and 21. Thus, a low output amplifier 31 and a fixed oscillator 27 can be used in the second portable terminal 21 and therefore power consumption. can considerably be reduced. |
