PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce wasteful call counts and to improve the use efficiency of communication facilities of a center by providing a grouped controlling means that changes a time zone to which a terminal failing in communication belongs when a data communication center regularly performs data communication to each terminal that is grouped in each communication time zone. SOLUTION: A data communication center 20 of a communication KARAOKE (orchestration without lyrics) system is demanded to store digitized music data in a mass storage hard disk and send the latest KARAOKE music data to entire communication KARAOKE terminals 23 via a subscriber telephone network/ISDN network 21 within the same day. Each sending time zone is set with its start time in a terminal table that is stored in a storage device, and each terminal to which music should be sent in each time zone is arranged in order to transmit. At the time of transmission, a terminal of an access failure is moved to the last of its time zone group, and a terminal whose retrial count exceeds a prescribed number is moved to the first of the next time zone. |
