A swivel wheel mount assembly for a stroller pivotally connects at least one wheel 4 to the stroller and comprises a swivel mount 210 which receives a portion of the structure frame 2; a suspension housing 250 rotatably connected to the swivel mount 210; a swivel latch 230 connected to the swivel mount 210 such that it can be moved into a position preventing rotation of the suspension housing 250; and a swivel pin 220 which is received by the frame 2, swivel mount 210 and suspension housing 250. The trailing house 260, which connects the wheel 4 to the suspension housing 250, has an over-drafted axle bore (720, fig. 7D) allowing the wheel to be semi-rigidly attached and may have a wheel rotation brake lever attached (1020, fig. 10). |
