MONITOR AND MONITORING METHOD FOR DIGITAL DATA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a monitor employing a microcomputer in which a digital data, being employed as a control signal, is displayed in analog format. SOLUTION: A digital data is sampled at a memory/communication control circuit 14, stored in memories 15-18, transmitted to a display 20 and displayed in analog format. Storage, transmission and display of digital data are repeated and when the digital data is stored in the memories 15-18, sampling of new data at the memory/communication control circuit 14 is interrupted. Sampling at the memory/communication control circuit 14 is resumed upon finishing transmission of digital data to the display 20.
