摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a synchronization time of a communication channel and to improve availability of a radio slot. SOLUTION: An outgoing synchronization burst transmitter 3 transmits an outgoing synchronization burst including a super frame counter and a color code, while an incoming synchronization burst transmitter 5 transmits an incoming synchronization burst including a super frame counter which starts counting at the time of receiving the outgoing synchronization burst and the color code. An outgoing communication switching device 4 switches to an outgoing communication channel and performs communication at the time of confirming that the color code of the incoming synchronization burst matches the one transmitted to a mobile station 2 and that the received super frame counter in normally operated at the time of receiving the incoming synchronization burst. An incoming communication switching device 6 switches to the communication of an incoming communication channel at the time of receiving the communication of the outgoing communication channel and performs the communication. Thus, a time unit synchronization establishment is shortened and the availability of a radio communication channel is improved.
