PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively shorten customer's waiting time and to contribute also to the aid of teller's sales to customers. SOLUTION: When a financial card is set up on a card reader 13 in a precounter 1, customer information is read out from a customer data base. A customer is allowed to input the contents of a transaction such as the sort of the transaction and the amount of the transaction by the use of a picture display 11 and a key input part 12. The precounter 1 transfers the received information to an office server 3 and a window terminal 2 and issues a slip from a slip preparing part 14. The terminal 2 displays customer's waiting information on the screen of a picture display part 21 based on the received information. In the case of calling the customer by a teller based on the waiting information, a processed picture is displayed on the display part 21 and already acquired information is entered and displayed on the processed picture. After checking the slip, the displayed contents of the display parts 21, 23, etc., transaction information is transferred to the server 3. |
