PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a portable function by enhancing the close contact and the stability to a body in a suspension state of the portable telephone set to a belt of a carrying person. SOLUTION: Both inner and outer faces 2, 3 along a lengthwise direction of a device main body 1 are formed to a curved face of a circular-arc shape consisting of nearly concentric circles, a reception port 4, a display section 5, an operation button group 6 and a transmission port 7 are provided to the inner side curved face 2. The position of the operation button group 6 is formed to a recessed part 2A that is much more received than a surface of the inner curved face 2 of the main body 1. An antenna 10 is placed to one end 1A in the lengthwise direction of the main body 1 and projected in a range S formed by crossing an arc line Q-Q forming the outer side curved face 3 of the main body 1 and a line segment P-P connecting the upper edge 2a of the inner curved face 2 to of the main body 1 in the lengthwise direction and the lower edge 2b. A container groove 8 is formed to the recessed part 2A formed to the inner curved face 2 of the main body 1 and suspension jig 9 to a belt B or the like of a carrying person A is provided to the container groove 8 in an extractable/ containable way. |
