PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add the information elated on an object included in an image to the image information by photographing the object to generate the image information and associating the image information with the information that prescribed the object. SOLUTION: A photographing range detecting part 106 detects the photographing range of a photographing part 104 and outputs this detected range to a transmission request signal transmitting part 108. The part 108 transmits a transmission request signal 13 to an information transmission device 200 to transmit the specified information 11 based on the photographing range given from the part 106. A specified information receiving part 102 receives the information 11 from device 200 which received the signal 13 and then outputs the information 11 to the corresponding part 110. The part 110 corresponds the image information given from the part 104 with the information 11 given from the part 102. A basic information adding part 112 adds the basic information of an object based on the information 11.
