The invention relates to a device for localising, suctioning and detecting liquid media. In said device, volumetric streams of blast air are generated by a single drive unit (10) and are conveyed into at least two separate diffusion chambers (12, 13). A multiple-flow fan with a fresh air intake (3) and a common drive unit (10) is used for this purpose. The multiple-flow fan has a double impeller (5) for creating a suction air stream and a frontal turbulence stream. The impellers (6, 7) convey the streams into an exhaust chamber which contains both a frontal stream (8) and an exhaust stream (9).
