PURPOSE: A method of making dumpling is provided, which supplies dumpling skin and stuffing to respective forming devices and combines the two forming device to get high quality dumpling products easily within a short time. CONSTITUTION: The method is characterized by the following steps : (i) preparing the stuffing by processing fresh vegetables, beancurd and pork and so on and supplying the stuffing to a hopper of a forming device ; (ii) kneading dough to be very watery and conveying the dough to a providing device of the forming device ; (iii) supplying the stuffing and the dough respectively to a couple of forming device joined with each other ; and then (iv) getting a formed product of dumpling. The formed dumpling is heated to be taken right away or dried to be used in future.
