PURPOSE:To provide the title stirrer capable of producing transfer foil becoming uniform in the quality of its transfer layer over the entire surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:A rodless cylinder 12 is arranged on the lateral side of an ink pan 2 and constituted of the long cylinder main body 13 fixed on a bracket 11 and the slide part 14 engaged with the cylinder main body 13 in a freely slidable manner. An air cylinder 19 is fixed to the slide part 14 and the rod 27 extending toward the space between the peripheral surface of a coating cylinder 3 and the front wall 2a of the ink pan 2 is provided to the air cylinder 19. A stirring spatula 22 is fixed to the leading end part of the rod 27 and driven to the position S dipped in ink 1 in such a state that the rod 27 moves forwardly and driven to a retracted position T outside the ink 1 in such a state that the rod 27 moves rearwardly. |
