PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print only phrases concerning a main contract and phrases concerning a special contract made by an insurance contractor in provisions issued to the contractor. SOLUTION: When there is a document file required for preparing the provisions or a picture file coordinated with the pertinent document file for each contractor based on the certificate data of each contractor, a controller 1 obtains the picture file from a provision database 3 and edit-processes the document files or the document files and the picture file to prepare provision print data to supply it to a printer 4. The printer 4 prints based on the provision print data, and a binding machine 6 cuts paper printed by the printer 4 into sheets to make a booklet.
