PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for voice signature commercial transactions which prevents the problem that a user (customer) rejects payment or negates ordering by electronic commerce. SOLUTION: This commercial transaction system carries out electronic commerce by using a user terminal, a server, and an information network; and the server receives order data from the user, assigns an order ID to the order data, requests a plurality of signatures by the voice input of a name, an ID, etc., judges whether the name and ID of the voice data match a name and an ID having been registered, and stores the voice data from the user. |
