PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a money-lending control law document issuing method which can smooth document transfer that is obligated to be issued by a money- lending control law and can also facilitate the issuing work of the document for the assignee when a claim based on a contract in relation to a loan is transferred. SOLUTION: The document that is obligated to be issued by the money- lending control law is issued through the Internet and a personal computer printer, and when the claim based on the contract related to the loan is transferred, the document is issued in the common name of its assignor and assignee.
