SOLUTION: A system of network culture school comprises a step recording courses information 112, instructors training information 114, instructors registration information 116, students registration information 118 and partners registration information 120 into a file 102, a step communicating the training information 114 responding to the courses so as to provide an instructors training course between students PCs 106 for the students who graduated from a predetermined courses and a server 100, a step recording information of the students who graduated from the training course into a file 116, 118 so as to send instructor licenses from the server 100 to the PCs 106, and a step, when questions information is sent from the PCs 106 to the server 100, sending the questions information to instructors PCs 104 responding to the PCs 106. |
