BEARING SYSTEM USING THRUST DYNAMIC BEARING AND SPINDLE MOTOR USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A bearing system using a thrust dynamic bearing and a spindle motor using the same are provided to obtain stably rotary power by fixing a thrust member at an intermediate portion of a rotary shaft and forming a plurality of dynamic grooves at an upper end portion and a lower end portion of the rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION: A circular plate type thrust member(2) is inserted into an intermediate portion of a rotary shaft(1). A lower dynamic groove(12) is formed at a lower end portion of the rotary shaft(1). The dynamic grooves are formed at an upper face and a lower face of the circular plate type thrust member(2). The rotary shaft(1) is located at a center portion of a flange(5) or a hub. The rotary shaft(1) is supported by a shaft support plate(6). An upper sleeve(61) is inserted into an upper end portion of the rotary shaft(1). A lower sleeve(62) is inserted into a lower end portion of the rotary shaft(1). A spacer(63) is inserted between the upper and the lower sleeves(61,62).
