PURPOSE:To provide an ultrasonic motor stable in operation and excellent in driving efficiency, concerning the ultrasonic motor which uses the elastic oscillation excited by a piezoelectric substance as a driving force. CONSTITUTION:This motor is constituted such that electrodes a, b, c, etc., are installed inside of a piezoelectric substance 2, and that the electrode works as the common electrode on the piezoelectric substance 2. Hereby, it hardly prevents the oscillation excited by the piezoelectric substance, and the area of the driving electrode of the piezoelectric substance can be enlarged. |
