PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide positioning structure capable of fixing a rail to a rack surely positioned with respect to the rack in the case of inserting screws to a plurality of holes bored at prescribed intervals at the rack to fit the rail for mounting a rack mounting device. SOLUTION: The positioning structure of the rail in the case of inserting the screws to the plurality of the holes bored at the prescribed intervals at the rack to mount the rack mounting device is provided with a positioning member having a base part in contact with the neighborhood of the holes bored at the rack, a protrusion part to be inserted to the holes formed at the rack and a through hole piercing the protrusion part for inserting a screw for fitting the rail for mounting the rack mounting device formed at both of the end parts of the base part at least.
