PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a higher-order resonance frequency without decreasing rigidity. SOLUTION: A lens holder part 9 which holds an objective lens, a bearing part 10 which is supported so as to be turned and slid with respect to the supporting shaft fixed on an optical pickup unit and arranged at the central part, and a coil arrangement part 11 formed into an approximately cylindrical shape at the center of the bearing part 10 and a driving coil is provided on the outer peripheral part, are formed in a thin thickness shape. The lens holder part 9, the bearing part 10, and the coil arrangement part 11 are mutually connected with a straight and thin reinforcing rib 12.
