PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to use an inexpensive junction material whose durability is not high at a junction part of the ground electrode side. SOLUTION: The first junction part of voltage electrode side is composed of a fixed junction 2A and a movable junction 3A fixed to a movable contactor 4A tip, and the second joint part of the ground electrode side is composed of a fixed junction 2B and a movable junction 3B fixed to a movable contactor 4B tip. The distance to move the movable junction 3B when the second joint part is switched to an opened electrode state or a closed electrode state is made shorter than the distance to move the movable junction 3A when the first joint part is switched to the opened electrode state or the closed electrode state. Therefore, at the time of closing, the second joint part carries out the closed electrode earlier than the first joint part does, and at the time of releasing, the second joint part carries out the opened electrode later than the first joint part does. As a result, it can be prevented that a large current flows into the second joint part of the ground electrode side or that an arc is generated at the time of opening and closing, and the inexpensive junction material whose durability is not high can be used.
