PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an HGA which having an actuator for micropositioning of a head element which can increase a resonance frequency, can be improved in a wind disturbance characteristic, can be enhanced in the impact strength to a Z direction, can make the tolerance of load smaller and is simple in production process steps. SOLUTION: This HGA has a head slider having at least one head element, a load beam, a flexure which is fastened to the load beam and acts to determine the floating posture of the head slider, an actuator which is supported at the flexure, fastens and supports the head slider and acts to microposition the head element of the head slider and a load regulating mechanism which is disposed at the actuator and acts the regulate the load to the head slider.
