PURPOSE: A navigation system by using a mobile communication terminal and a control method are provided to facilitate a destination input and receive a navigation service conveniently. CONSTITUTION: When a voice destination is received from a mobile communication terminal or a navigate system, a voice recognition center(400) produces a voice search destination corresponding to the received voice destination and then transmits the voice search destination information as selection destination information to an information providing center. An information center(600) sets an optimum movement path by using the received selection destination information and position information of a moving body and then transmits the set movement path to the mobile communication terminal or the navigation system.
