PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication controller, a communication control system and a communication control method which optimally sets the interval of heartbeat transmission. SOLUTION: The communication controller 30 connected to LonWorks node groups 20 via a LonWorks network 10 comprises a transmission interval changer 31, a communication condition detector 32 and a communication condition decider 33. The transmission interval changer 31 change the interval of heartbeat transmission. The heartbeat transmission is periodically performed from at least one of the LonWorks node groups 20. The communication condition detector 32 detects the bandwidth duty cycle of the LonWorks network 10 after changing the heart beat transmission interval by the interval changer 32. The communication condition decider 33 decides the state of the bandwidth duty cycle of the LonWorks network 10 based on the detection result by the detector 32. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
